Welcome to Cloee (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our software (“Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our products.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software under the following conditions:
- Each license key may be activated on a maximum of two (2) IP addresses or hardware IDs (HWIDs), unless otherwise specified.
- Additional activations may require manual approval or purchase of additional licenses.
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of your license key is strictly prohibited.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the Software.
- Share or resell your license key or access credentials.
- Use the Software to violate laws, harm systems, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Circumvent or bypass any security, validation, or licensing systems.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the Software remain the exclusive property of Cloee.
You are purchasing a license to use, not ownership of the Software itself.
4. Updates and Support
- We may release updates, patches, or improvements periodically.
- Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
- Support is available to valid license holders via [email protected].
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license if:
- You breach these Terms, or
- Unauthorized, duplicate, or fraudulent use is detected.
Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.
6. Liability Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Cloee shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from use or misuse of the Software.
7. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Your continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
