Installation

Navigate to Admin → Extensions → Referral System and update the settings:

License Key — required: paste the key issued by your vendor. (To get license go to our discord
Default Revenue Share % — percentage paid to referrers when no override applies (default: 10%).
Default Purchase Limit — number of purchases rewarded per code (0 = unlimited).
Application Requirements Copy — text displayed to customers before they submit an application.
Allow Requested Referral Codes — permits applicants to suggest a custom code string.
Referral Link Cookie Lifetime — days to persist the referral cookie (0 disables cookies).
Email Applicants On Decision — automatically notify applicants when approved or rejected.
Email Referrers On Purchase — send an email each time a commission is generated.
Email Referrers On Withdrawal Updates — notify when withdrawals are approved or rejected.

After activation, clear application caches to expose the new routes and navigation entries:

php artisan route:clear
php artisan config:clear
php artisan view:clear

Log in as a customer who does not yet have a referral code.
Visit /account/referrals to confirm the application page renders.
Submit an application and ensure it appears under Admin → Referrals → Applications.

At this point the extension is ready for use. Proceed to the Usage guide for day-to-day workflows.
