Diagnose PageDesigner installation, saving, editor, marketplace, AI, translation, sharing, MCP, and public-page problems.

Start with the smallest relevant section. Preserve a draft, backup, or previous value before destructive troubleshooting.

Only if Published is on in the page record. Save stores the editor project; publication controls visitor access.

Turn on Show in Navigation, set Navigation Order, and save. Publishing and menu placement are separate.

How can I make a large change without affecting visitors?Copy Anchor Link

Duplicate the page or unpublish it, make the changes, use full Preview, obtain approval, and publish.

Preview differs from the canvasCopy Anchor Link

Trust full Preview and the public route for final verification. The canvas is an editing environment and may not perfectly reproduce the active theme, external assets, or public interaction runtime.

• Keep the editor open.
• Check authentication/session expiry.
• Check the browser network response.
• Check Paymenter logs and database connectivity.
• Confirm the page still exists and the account can update it.
• Retry only after the cause is understood.

The interactive read-only canvas is probably active. Select the pointer control again.

Open Layers, expand the section, and choose the smallest target.

Search Layers. Use Undo immediately after an accidental deletion. If an AI action removed it, inspect Canvas changes and Revert.

Confirm hosted download permission. Review the diagnostic response for license, network, signature, hash, or missing-table errors. Do not bypass payload verification.

Updating the reusable cache intentionally does not rewrite placed content. Add the refreshed model to a draft and migrate the content deliberately.

The direct provider/model must support the chat-completions/tool-calling behavior required by the agent. Verify endpoint compatibility and exact model ID.

Open Canvas changes and revert the first unwanted change, understanding that dependent later changes also revert. Use Revert all for the AI session baseline. Review and save.

New chat clears/cancels conversation context. It deliberately leaves the canvas unchanged.

Can I trust AI prices or policies?Copy Anchor Link

No. The agent is instructed to use storefront data, but a human must still verify every plan, interval, price, legal statement, and claim.

Expected. It is an editor review control. The visitor's Paymenter locale controls public rendering.

Open the Text modal, check the translation binding and value, then verify the fallback locale. Do not delete or recreate keys without understanding existing bindings.

Expected when the license decision blocks management. Published page HTML/CSS remains local. Correct the entitlement, binding, network, or offline-grace issue.

Verify application URL and public egress IP. Release the old install slot or ask the license provider to move it.

A previously verified signed grant may allow management only through its offline-grace deadline. Downloaded/placed content remains local.

It cannot be displayed again. Revoke the old token and generate a replacement.

Re-run the extension lifecycle. Do not create or alter the table by hand.

Stop destructive work, preserve logs, and use the matching database backup and prior ZIP for rollback. Do not combine a new schema with an old extension arbitrarily.

• Queue/database/server failures.
• License binding or migration.
• Public marketplace distribution.
• MCP tokens or external clients.

• Paymenter and PHP versions.
• Page ID and whether it is draft/published.
• Exact action and time.
• Browser and operating system.
• Sanitized error message.
• Relevant application log excerpt.
• Screenshot with secrets and customer data removed.
• Whether the issue occurs in canvas, full Preview, or public route.

Never include a license key, provider API key, MCP token, Authorization header, customer record, or private share link.
